Semi-independant Accommodations/Emergency housing
Accommodation provided on temporary basis for homeless, asylum seekers etc who are independent; able to care for themselves but living with physical, mental health, learning disabilities or sensory condition.
Supported Accommodation
Our organization provides clients with accommodation, depending on clients’ placement needs and objectives. These will have fitted a kitchen, lounge, a bathroom/shower, and toilet facilities in a single accommodation or shared setting with other young people depending on individual needs.
Solo supported Accommodation
Our organization provides accommodation for Care Leavers (16 - 18 year olds) with Autism, ADHD, ADD, Conduct Disorder, Sexualised Behaviour, CSE, Learning Difficulties, Mental Health Needs, Substance & Drug.
Mentoring
Activities are planned, and implemented according to the daily needs of the client depending on their individual needs.
We offer placements for:
- Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)
- Tailored Mother and Baby provisions these will need to be on a planned basis.
- Young People and Adults with mental health conditions
- Young people and adults with sensory impairment
- Young People and Adults with learning difficulties /disabilities, Autism
- Young Offenders (CCE) and Cross County lines
- Adults from Custodial Services
